Attached you will find all the information concerning the 15th edition of the Eurominichamps which will be held from 23rd to 25th August 2019 in Schiltigheim (suburbs of Strasbourg)
Please notice that this year the competition will be held in a completely new sport center with all the halls under the same roof!

ENTRIES
Entries will be accepted only when booking the accomodation package including full board and lodging.
Each delagation will be allowed ton maximum 10 players with a limit of 3 per category.
Additional entries could be accepted. They will be put on a waiting list and accepted depending ont the total numer of entries per event.
HOSPITALITY
- 1 coach free of charge if you enter at least 10 players
- No free hospitality for any player
- For them and all the persons not free of charge the accommodation package (hotel, meals, transport) cost will be 210 Euros from the dinner of Thursday 22 to the lunch of Sunday 25.
A single room will be charged extra 35 Euros per night.
EXTRA MEALS AND NIGHT
- Apart the planned package (Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch) we will organize your extra meals, (13 Euros per meal) IF REQUESTED
- And also your extra hotel room + breakfast (35 Euros per person and per night) IF REQUESTED

Package double room : 190 €
Package triple room : 170 €
Single room : extra 25 € / night
Extra meal : 13 €
Extra night and breakfast : 25 € / person / night
Option 2 :
Hotel : KYRIAD or IBIS
package double room 210 Euros
package triple room 190 Euros
Single room: extra 35 Euros / night
Extra meal: 13 Euros
Extra night&breakfast: 35 Euros / person/ night
The coaches who would not take any of the 2 proposed options will have to pay a fee of 200 euros to be allowed to coach.
